Saving our money is a good thing… perhaps with a little re-engineering this new mailing plan would work.  I get a couple of other mags that come thru USPS sans envelope. One approach is a heaver stock “throw-away” second cover. The second cover carries the mailing address and even some extra advertising…. an opportunity for a bit of additional income.
