    I asked the seller if it would work on the capacitors we commonly use and he just got back to me.He said it would on any under .33uf and capacitor needs to have one “end “ disconnected and be discharged just like you’d assume.Seems like a good deal for those without a Merc o tronic,Stevens etc.
