    interesting..   thanks for heads up on this one.

    I looked it up  works with 9v olt battery and hopefully    9 volts   is boosted way up there to test the capacitors .

    no AC cord ” power” to deal with .. nice and compact

    probably a must have   for testing outboard  capacitors.  not expensive to !  nice design
