values are fine but…. even if the capacitance reads ok on a low voltage capacitance meter they may fail under load. just something to keep in mind.
a dead short capacitor is a dead capacitor
a full open capacitor is a dead capacitor
a good uf capacitor value is a ” maybe good” capacitor 🙂
the only good test is with a high voltage test apparatus commercial or home built
