    It’s highly suggested to break up your email address with spaces or spelling out certain characters such as @ with  ‘at’ to avoid the bots cruising this site from picking it up. When that happens, you open yourself up to receiving junk mail amongst other things. Just saying.

    Maybe go back and edit your post if possible.
