Thanks all. Ordered the tool Seakaye mentioned today.  Was able to make a simple removal tool for getting the bushing out. It is still in great shape, so no problem there. Prop shaft in excellent shape as well, so good there too. O-rings on order, spaghetti seal coming also.

Everything has been cleaned and is ready as soon as the parts get here.

Does anyone know how to reach out to Ben Brietner (sp?)? I saw a post where he is mentioned as selling a punch set for making seals/packings for Erudes/Johnsons out of cork gasket material?
