As tthe capacitors get hot with the motor they might open up a crack in the dielectric (insulating sheet) & cause intermittent failure. Look real close at your points contact area for either pitting or cavitys with a magnifieing glass. Could be on either side of the contact area depending if the capacitor is under or over capacitaance.I would replace jusr for reliability.
