I agree with everyone, keep it maintained & it  will perform great for you. I would reseal & flush the gearcase checking for sand in the gearcase water passages this winter. I would bet  it’s time for new seals & impeller. Use good oil made for marine use also. Those compression numbers are perfect!!

Keep the fuel system very clean.
