    There’s only one vent that I’ve seen on the carb, and it’s “wide open”, as that’s
    the one the gas keeps blowing out of. This carb originally had a “push button”
    bowl drain that someone omitted, hence, plugged off. I did the same thing
    with the 7.5 Elgin and it worked fine…… and I really don’t see how that
    could be causing my problem anyhow.
