Due to the issue yesterday with gas blowing out the carb vent hole,
I replaced the needle and seat with a NOS one that was labeled for a
1950 Evinrude 14 hp. Looked identical and fit identical to what was
in the MD 89C Tillotson. It passed the barrel test in this video with
flying colors. ……. not so much on the lake test soon after…..
started blowing gas out the vent. No idea what to do now.
Any ideas?
