Hello Marcel and welcome! Can you tell us a little more about your project like model number, its general condition, is the motor running, is it stuck. There are some very knowledgeable members on this site. There’s no outboard problem they can’t fix. Post some pictures, you might need to resize them. I crop my pictures down some to post. Sometimes the website just won’t accept pictures. Try again later then it does, no one knows why! We all on this site have the same thing in common we love old outboards. Some guys like the real old timers, me I like the classics 1950/to/1960. Looking forward to your project.
