    Don, unfortunately I was running the motor during a cool late evening when I noticed the steam/ water discharge out the exhaust. I really don’t know how to gauge if the block and head are at the correct temp other than by hand feel? I didn’t bring my infrared digital temperature gauge on vacation.
    I have the original 28HP block and will poke around to see what the bleed hole looks like. Will post some pictures of the underside of the block for you to take a look at.
