Rope starter threads are 10-30. I’ve seen a post from this group where someone claimed to have purchased a die and made bolts to use with a gear puller, would like to see more feedback or a video of how that. I understand not wanting to smack the end of the crankshaft but using 10-30 bolts seems quite risky.
