    I have come across deals like this before. The owner just wants to be rid of everything and at once. If all the motors are free and not froze up and all the tanks are clean inside offer 450 – 475 usd. Keep what you want and put the rest on Craigslist as tank and motor combos at 75.00 each. Keep the parts bin for your self.
