Yes, the buyer pays for the return! Anyone could identify the core plug part number #R852690? Is it 9.9 hp or 15 hp originally. I know the last letter is the year of 1990. I have asked the seller but I did not get the straight answer.

I usually go by the freeze plug on the engine block to see if it’s 9.9 or 15. Should be able to check the freeze plug for the model number if it starts with e10 or j10 it’s a 9.9 or e15 j15 will be a 15hp. Hope that helps
