The only issue I’ve ever seen with Chinglish impellers is the quality of the material used in them. Most are soft and supple while a few I’ve had are almost as hard as a rock and need sanding down to fit correctly. I usually buy them in quantity from the ‘Make An Offer’ sellers with free or cheap shipping. I’m sure your BRP Evinrude dealer or Sierra source them from the same places.
