    If you haven’t tried Mastertech marine.com on the web they have new pistons for two & three cylinder motors. Let me explain, Mercury used the same pistons in 2 & 4 cylinder motors in the early days. Maybe they can match pistons for you. They also have forged pistons but they are noisey until warmed up. worth a few minutes to try. They may know where if they don’t have. I looked up antique outboard pistons on the web.
