I’m confused, do your engines have the carbon seals, or the conventional seals? The carbon seals are held in place with just a snap ring, so no disassembly is required. Conventional seals are a bit more tricky to remove without disassembly. Once the old seal is out, driving a new one in is pretty straightforward
