Well my first grab was a K1. Bad idea. It has an Eiesmann mag with no ring under the rope sheave. The part you wrap the rope around is part of the flywheel. The sheave…which LOOKS like yours, just sits right tight to the flywheel and is held down by a decorative acorn nut, that torques down the flywheel too. I am pretty sure the KDs have that ring like yours. Ran out of time tonight. I will pop a KD3 tomorrow.
