    I have 5 CD/Fisherman — they’re incredibly reliable as long as they have clean fuel, sealed gearcases and new water pumps.

    My only gripes are 1) when the lower unit spring-loaded clutch on the end of the driveshaft has let glow and 2) when overzealous owners have stripped one or more of the headbolts (as it is really easy to do).
