    That is my motor. Part 57 is the oil seal. It is embedded in Part 56, the head & bearing assembly. The left edge of the assembly is tapered. The right edge of the assembly has a 1/16″ ridge that might serve as a landing point for a puller tube.

    I can fit a long screwdriver onto the back of the seal, but I don’t want to scratch up the inside of the assembly.
