From what I can glean from my almost-always-accurate motor bible, your 7.5 specs reappear sporadically in the West Bend series, finally culminating in the ’66-’67 Chrysler 6-hp. Chrysler does use a 2-in bore for their 6.6, 7, 8 and singles thru the 70s and 80s. So if your seller isn’t selling anything past 8-hp, I guess it might work ?
I couldn’t find any part number for the 7.5 rings that matched the Chrysler rings on EBay,
but when I started working on the 5 hp, I found that it also had a two inch bore,
and one of the Chrysler numbers on Ebay matched up, so I ordered a set.
I presume that the two powerheads are different strokes perhaps, the 5 hp being
2-11/16″ stroke, but I found no specs for the 7.5 hp.
Hopefully the rings I ordered will fit one powerhead or the other!
Thanks.
