    fat donut installed at the bottom of the carb ?   float level with carb body when upside down ??

    close the HS needle  shut  see if it will idle on the LS  circuit only and not flood .

    if ok  on idle    open HS  needle slowly …..  throttle in the  idle- start position  it should not flood
