OK, well that is a unique outboard. Looks like it was designed for some particular overseas market. The flywheel is strange, what does the recoil starter look like? Do you still have it? The conventional top mounted OMC recoils won’t work on that flywheel.
Don’t know what is up with that strange carburetor. Again, this must have been designed for a very particular market, perhaps some commercial use. You might be able to get one of the newer 4hp carburetors to fit on there, but the carbs from that era wont work due to the choke linkage. Why is it that you want to replace that carb? It looks pretty simple. Have you had it apart? Don’t know where you would get gaskets/orings for it though.
I guess we can still see/learn something new everyday….
