What make and model motor are you thinking of installing them in? Different magnetos require condensers with different uF ratings and the engineers figured this out a long time ago.
If a certain mag requires a capacitor with a 20 – 22 uF rating, try to stay within 10% of this rating with replacement caps. Over or under capacitance is not good and will increase arcing and pitting of the points.
I watched a video recently of a test magneto with different caps installed and it showed the arcing going on in real time with the different caps being used. At a certain point the arcing was negligible but started to increase again as the uF rating of the caps was increased. I’ll try and find it and post a link to it here. It’s quite interesting and clearly shows what happens if the wrong cap is used.
