    I’m not sure if an “universal OMC” coil would be a candidate for a coil
    swap or not. I’m guessing your coil laminates are 5/8″? If so, they’d
    have to be machined down where the OMC coil would go on.
    Hopefully someone that’s tried this swap will chime in.
