We are looking at using the crankshaft from a model 15918 to replace a the crankshaft in a model 15016.   I recall that on RD-18  (30HP) motors you have to change the crankshaft bottom roller bearing to change to a carbon seal.   The carbon  seal runs against the top surface of the changed bearing.  The model 15016 bottom crankshaft bearing is a plain bearing so I am guessing that model will have to have the lip seal.  Anyway if anyone has a parts list for Model 15918 that would set us straight on the seal type and maybe we could tell if the crankshaft could be used in a Model 15016.
