    if… you are not mecaniclay inclined at least give it a good dose of  engine cleaner , seafoam, Merc  power tune etc…  is  separate  gallon container with fresh gas  and  have  it circulate  for  a while  maybe…..it will wake it up  if compression is decent.

    could be just  dirty carb.
