Mike asked me a good question, and I want to make sure I did not give him bad info. Mike asked if when installing the new rods, does rod orientation matter in these pistons/powerhead. I replied that rod orientation does not matter on this engine, there is no oiling hole for the wrist pin. I just advised putting them in the same way they are currently in his engine (numbers up or down). Making sure the rod cap line up marks are facing in the same direction.
