    they do  have a special  crimper for  Oeitiker clamps but  I have seen common wide bladed nail puller  pliers  do the job

     

    lots of choices

    as far as reusing the old clamps you removed  they  may have weaken over time  and bending them open did not help.  Dealing with air leaks and fuel requires 100% reliability
