I don’t believe such a cross reference as you suggest exists.  http://www.mcmaster.com is an excellent source of standard parts such as o-rings, screws, cotter pins etc if you know what you are looking for.  On the other hand, OMC used a lot of non-standard parts such as screws with unusual lengths or thread length or hex size, or whatever.
