Seat looks OK in your picture. When you get
the needle spin it in the seat with some tooth
paste keeping it aligned as it is when the float
bowl cover is on. If you want to try a polish rub
some between your fingers to be sure there isn’t
any grit. No mail today. I’ll get it out tomorrow..
Packing nut looks OK to me. It looks to have
the same taper inside as the carb body. Tightening
will push the packing around the shaft of the needle.
