Crosbyman, That’s as good a possibility as any at this point, and makes sense. Thanks!

Mumbles, I “believe” I checked the ohm readings first without the plug wire,
and later with, and were virtually the same reading. At any rate, both coils got’s new
plug wire off the middle of the same 50 foot roll.
It does make me feel better that yours tested at .9 on the primary.
Most likely well within specs, and yet higher than my presumed good coil at .3 on the
primary.
Hopefully I can spin the flywheel next week and check the actual spark. Thanks.
