Last year I went to my window-doors shop for ONE small clip used to hold the spring is a sash window.

They ( the clerk) wanted to sell me a bag of 12 “minimum order” he said !
told him to get the manager out of his office .

I told the manager for the 15K$ window job I gave his company years ago I want ONE clip…. told him they don’t charge for mustard and relish on a hot dogs why in the world should I pay for 12 clips for a small maintenance part .???

He openned up the bag aand gave me a clip.
