The Mark 6 is a super-smooth runner too; but it may be in the top ten of hard-to-work-on engines of all time. The six Merc that is the subject of this thread is much easier to work on than a Mark 6 but still, harder than an OMC, by quite a bit. It’s not that I object to it….I mean, I do consider myself basically a Merc guy with a dose of reality….but that one is just WAY over-priced.
