hey if it runs ok…. good compression….. gearcase takes pressure.. offer $150-$175 max ..other bargains will come in easyer to fix Evinrudes/johnsons unless it is sentimental issue 🙂

you can alsway bondo the thing and repaint it in your spare time 🙂
