Yes it has a fuel pump. I think however that the fuel connector is different (smaller) than on your 450 unless someone has made modifications.
The smaller motors of that vintage used a smaller diameter connector. They are available or you can modify the 6HP to use another connector; at least until you fine the correct parts.

His pictures are of sufficient resolution to see that the paint work is kind of sloppy. He didn’t sand the nicks and scratches very well….and of course the color is wrong. Too bad.
