Hi Harrison. As discussed on the phone, its a 1929 Elto Lighweight rated @ 3.5 HP and it is the folding model.
The power unit you’re referring to is the coil.
I’ll look thru my data for scanned copies of manuals and such but I’m hoping that Tubs or some other folks can jump in here and help out with anything they might have.
Also as discussed, check with Penn’s Old Outboards for a replacement flywheel.
