cruising thru Google just for giggles,
I found some s/s studs in any length and thread
at a pretty hefty price. Mostly used in the high end automotive line
such as header and engine bolts and studs.
In my world, I would cut off the bolts as you described.

does thread lock and antiseize in the same hole cancel each other out ?
