    I apologize for not making myself clear.
    I have a 12 battery
    I have a 12 starter
    But I have a 6 volt choke solenoid
    Can I use some kind of resistor on the 6 volt choke solenoid so the choke solenoid will run on 12 volts?
    If I can-what brand resistor should I purchase?? The smaller the better
