My ’56 Evinrude and Johnson 15 horse parts manuals both show P/N 277594 for the cranks although the Evinrude manual describes it as ‘crankshaft with sleeve’ while the Johnson manual describes it as just ‘crankshaft’.. My superceded parts number manual shows the original P/N 277594 superceding to 203657 and 307659. I can’t find any reference to P/N’s 203711 or 204100 anywhere.
