    If the part 43A204 (equalizer ring) is missing the pawls wont engage. I have one left over from my 4416 build if you are interested. I think the 41A192s are just a small plastic washer so those you should be able to find at a local hardware store. DO you have the parts diagrams for that motor? If not I can get those to you as well. Also have a lot of misc parts for that motor laying around. I am also running a champion J6C in mine and it runs great. Let me know if you have any questions.
