If you look at bottom of engine will see small hole in front of drives shaft. This is the discharge hole for cooling the bottom bearing. .
Most of water goes through block them through exhaust water jacket and dumped in exhaust .. Are the small exhaust holes stopped up, I don’t see dots of light in photo.
