OK, well it looks as if you rebuilt the carb, did you replace the float and float valve? You mention that the engine seems to flood if you continue to pump the tank primer….Looks like you replaced the fuel/air lines on the engine as well….Is it possible you reversed the lines on the engine? If so, you are pumping fuel directly into the intake manifold. One of those pictures you posted shows cracked coils, have they since been replaced? The engine won’t run very well with those coils….
