Most of the time those lower covers are missing as Frank says. Usually the points need cleanig and gapped (0.020″). About 20 ounces of 30 weight non detergent oil will go into the crankcase. Usually never see these in that good condition. Definitely contact Mr Grell about the manual. Laying that motor down can be very messy if you don’t do it right.
