    According to a fellow called Ohms… the hightest voltage drop in the secondary path to ground would be in the non-conducting air-gap of the plug.

    How much the noise suppressing resistor would affect the park’s ability to jump the gap would have to be measured with a scope.

    anybody got one….Mr.Mohat maybe 🙂
