Sounds like someone made a mess in the manifold and plugged up the pressure valves…Perhaps they attempted to convert this to a single line system by just plugging the pressure valve ports..Sounds like a mess no matter what…I’m betting it will work fine once cleaned up with new gaskets…
Please note that the intake gaskets are installed dry, no sealer is necessary….Check the reed valves carefully to make sure none of that nasty gasket goop is stuck in there….
