I have a Zephyr with no twist grip throttle. I have owned 2 of them. I can check it to see what model it is when I get home in about 3 weeks. Your picture of your speed lever looks like it is missing the correct handle for raising and lowering the speed.
I do believe it is a 4404 also but will have to check.
I also own 2 with the twist grip throttles. I don’t know their model numbers either but can check.

ps this is one that looks like my speed lever I found on ebay. The guy has the model picture on auction but I can’t make out the numbers but it looks like it ends in a 4. I did send him a message asking him what it is.
