    Pulled the prop, shear pin is good. Spinning flywheel I can spin as much as I want. If I grab the prop I can spin 1/4 – 1/2 turn, can kind of feel gears then it’s a hard stop. Sounds like I can hear drive shaft spinning in housing below the powerhead when manipulatingbthe prop.
    I forgot. Friend I bought it from said he thought it had seized, pulled the recoil off and it seemed fine. Not sure what the heck happened.
