    Your serial number, is listed as a 1925 which should be a 1925 A-25 2 hp

    To my knowledge there is no rebuild kit for those…

    I have somewhere in my stash of paperwork a Johnson interchange for parts on the early motors…
    My guess is that unless your carb is broken in pieces or missing some major component it is probably ok.

    Re-reading your post kinda leads me to believe you do not have a carb.

    Is that correct?
